The best spots in the square are the ones that don't have 20 workers outside pushing you into their businesses like a pack of sheep. Unless you are a sheep.

Hands down the most chill spot at Nevada Square is Vesper Sports Bar (2nd floor, above Fridays). My favorite bar in all of Baguio. :-) Billiards, darts and live sports, good times!
