Plenty of equipment, a track and multiple pools. Maybe the best is the tv's on the equipment, so catch your news or history while exercising indoors!

The guards during the hours right after school until dinner time are not super attentive so keep an eye on your weaker swimmers.

Run the track in the morning. It is much cooler. It heats up in the afternoon sun.
