Every single time I ride these shuttles the bus driver to the TRE pulls away as our bus from the airport is pulling up behind it. The drivers are rude and disrespectful.

Shuttles run continuously every 15 min from 4 am to 1 am! Between that time, you just have to call and a shuttle will come get you.
