This Hertz sucks. Cars not in spots. Not enough employees at the desks. Long stretches between shuttles. Give yourself more time than should be necessary.

The manager refused to help me when there were 15 people in line behind me and if already been waiting in line for an hour. He went back in his glass box and closed the door. Completely useless.

Save yourself the stress and rent from someone else. At least an hour wait for an economy car when I had a reservation for an SUV. Prepaid so nothing they could do about the price.

Had to take an Avis shuttle because the Hertz bus did not come around for over 25 minutes... Make sure you have some wiggle room with your time!
