Una verguenza, alquilamos un coche y llegamos y esta cerrado. Mo alquileis aqui, al final os tocará volver a pagar.

Обязательно оставлять депозит 600€ за машину и именно с кредитной карты! Если нет кредитки - плати полную страховку +300€. Обязательный сбор за полный бак - еще 100€! Отвратительный сервис!

They can't provide a GPS upon request as they only have a few of them so make sure to book your GPS in advance if you need it.

They freeze EUR 600 from your card account unless you take the full insurance (EUR 35 for 3 days). If you do, they freeze nothing which is not a bad way out I guess.

The only cards they would accept are Visa and Mastercard. No American Express, unfortunately :(

The FQ check-in special actually works! I was upgraded from Fiat Punto to Fiat 500L at no additional cost. Extremely affordable rental!
