The Bolt Bus employees that manage the AM PHL-NYC and late PM NYC-PHL are the best. Good drivers, good site agents, good service. It's the bus equipment failures of advertised perks that frustrate!

I am really glad they learned some line organization skills from MegaBus, previously it's just pure idiotic and dysfunctional, the NYC Stops sucks still and too many snobs and bitches on Boltbus...

On weekends get up early and take the earliest bus possible. After 9 the stop becomes a total madhouse. Everything seems to get delayed as a result.

If you're NYC-bound, sit on the right side of the bus to be greeted by Lady Liberty when entering the city.

look for seats with outlets. to Boston they're on the back of the seat in front of you and to NYC they're on the walls, but they're not in every row

Make sure you get a bus with side outlets. The outlets on chairs aren't designed for Apple products.
