They have a weekend market. Just a few stalls selling fresh fruits,vigan empanada, shawarma, mr moo, fresh lumpia, barako and alamid coffee.

There's a 10 peso shuttle from Solenad 1 and 2. Environmentally-efficient to take it rather than parking again. Besides, do u seriously want to look for parking again?
