Customer care service is terrible; they just don't care, when you call and tell - they listen to you and agree/promise. But then this never works in reality . I'm Happy to cancel my contract!

Terrible customer care service! I changed my kundenkonto in september(!) but they can't take my money and write Mahnung, I gave a Gutschein - they didn't calculate it (but told they they will) 💩

Heike is the best instructor, I tried few fitness first in dusseldorf also. She is very fit. But there are few instructors who are fat. How can it be?????
