Lots of green grass, small hilly sidewalks for skateboarders & scooters. Beautiful baseball field, play ground. Only 2 swings. Bathroom, tables, bbq's. Volleyball & Basketball courts.

Watch out for those jumps below Chutes. It could knock your flight path in a strong crosswind.
