Its a better workout to run there, then up the stairs then back. From mound veiw park its about 10 miles!

Platte Mound is a one mile long & half a mile wide mound that rises 450 feet above its surroundings.

There's steps alongside the M that go up to the top. Quite a good workout and a pretty good view.
