Perks: pool and racquetball court. Otherwise, there are other gyms with more attractive prices. Also, NOT open 24 hours

Indoor swimming pool is 1/2 Olympic size, 4 lanes, Jacuzzi, sauna & steam room. Adjacent access to locker rooms.

train w/Lawrence Sinclair who knows corrective exercises and muscle building exercises and I find the that he is keen to prevent injury while building lean muscle. I've lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks!

Pool is clean, trainers are super friendly and helpful. Just out your weights away after using and well be good.

This gym is huge ! I think they need more of the lighter weights and benches because there are more people than benches / weights.
