Always nice to visit here but their refusal to refund a ticket cost for our disabled friend, who’s eligible for a free ticket for a carer, was shockingly bad. Apparently now you must ring to book!

Friendly and civilised. Nice to have a lounge bar upstairs and you can take drinks into movie !

Great seats as discussed on other reviews, I’d suggest you book via the app as it has no booking fee. A Website booking adds 60p per ticket for no benefit.

Best Cinema around especially if you go into Xplus screening which is always the best experience. There is also Costa onsite , typical cinema food and free parking
