Returned from a trip to Omaha zoo - keys didn't work and it was 15 min before we could find staff :( unbelievably bad service!

Returned from our day at the zoo in Omaha. None of the room keys worked. My hubby couldn't find the desk clerk. He even used the cell to call the motel, the phone rang and rang., we waited 15 min!

Pretty old furnishings but clean - definitely needs an update but the price isn't bad
