Pull out couch was infested with bugs. Bath tub was disgusting & water wouldn't stay a consistent temperature & burnt us. The phone didn't work to call for room service. The man in the office was rude

Place is a shit hole, if I wanted to stay at a place with so many bugs I would've went camping. Nothing good about this place furniture looked like it was from 1977 and it was extremely dirty.
