Dated decor, broken air con unit in 2 different rooms resulting in wet carpets, generally unhelpful staff resulted in an unpleasant stay, never to be repeated!

Swanky hotel with awesome view of downtown Norfolk. There's a bar in the hotel and the staff was very accommodating. 10 min walk to downtown nightlife
