Hotel and service are just ok. You only pay the price for its great location. No cars on Swanston st. though, trams only. No free wifi in the room and the free wifi in the lobby is super slow.

Got a high level floor, no probs with noise. Parking in Russell St, Wilson's not to far to walk, but offload bags first

Didn't have too much trouble with the noise. Service was exemplary. Staff got me food after the kitchen was closed because I arrived late. Went above an beyond! Will definitely stay again.

Terrible service from FOH. Ordered room service waited 1.5 hrs & had to call to chase up on food. Food arrived cold & tasteless. Personally I wouldn't come back or recommend it to anyone.
