Simple, clean. Soda machine on my floor was dispensing very warm soda bottle. Decent for the one night I needed to stay there.

Two Double Bed between 115-130. Cheapest one around. About a 20min drive from downtown Boston. Clean room, free breakfast (toasts/coffee)
