I had an apartment for new year eve, although the apartment was big and fairly furnished, it was not that clean, and the show was poor for new year eve. However the food was good with many varieties.

It is very good for families as it has a lot of facilities like a restaurant, pools, beach volley, tennis table, an awesome clear water beach, billiard, a super market, free towels and even a disco.

Actually, it is not that bad, and I would recommend it if you need to relax and get out of Cairo's stress and noise. We went in December and it was empty which is very good.
