Nice clean room. Hotel is a little old but still nice. Room size & WiFi is good. Cross the street there are shopping center with restaurants, cafe & bakery. There is free shuttle bus to Geneva airport

Location, friendly staff. However, restaurant food wasn't good and there weren't enough staff for service. Had to change bedroom because of cleanliness issues.

There is no food or shuttle after 10:30PM and the shuttle is not regular. There is McDonalds near by for quick food.

For sure not a 4 star... but much better than the Campanille nearby for the same price...Wifi is good food is good but rooms are outdated for a Novotel

Beware. No shuttle after 22:30, no food after 23:00. Very lame for a four star hotel.

If I'd have known this place was so mediocre I would have slept in the club at the airport. 163€ for a dingy room w/ bad wifi and the most careless staff I've encountered outside a youth hostel.

Unheated outdoor pool. Small, but lovely in the summer! Oh, and yes, the wifi is terrible, disconnecting frequently, which requires re-registration each time. At least it's free!
