Budget and central location. You are looking at under RM100 for 3 nights. Wifi signal is poor. You will never go hungry though as there are so manu foodcourts around this hotel.

I can't sleep the whole night because of the rats are making noise and crawl, run and play on the ceiling like their playground. I can stand if it just a minor problem.
