staff is friendly, breakfast area has nice options but the hot water cuts out when a neighbor flushes and the cleaning left a bit to be desired and a vacuum should have been used....

Real nice little hotel ,quiet.Clean,nice rooms.Staff is very friendly and helpful .Close to lots of stores and places to eat. Not far from any location in town.
