Absolut geniale Lage. Der Bahnhof ist direkt um die Ecke, besser geht es nicht. Für einen Städtetrip absolut ausreichend 👌🏼 sauber. Nettes Personal.

They have strong shower water pressure.Organized bathroom with ample amenities such as shampoo, bath gel and towels.Stable free WiFi signal in the room and in the public areas. They have 2 elevators.

10-minute walk from the main train station.The hotel is located at the more quiet side of Hamburg just at the back of Hauptbahnhof. Modern hotel entrance. Safe and quiet location.

Uncomfortable pillows. No USB ports, I was expecting at least one, based on other people’s reviews. No fridge inside the room. No complimentary bottled water.

There’s no air conditioning system, nor fan in the room. It’s summer so we needed air. If you leave the windows open its too noisy outside from the cars and trains.

Snobbish receptionists. All day and all night. They feel annoyed whenever they have guests, and especially when they are obliged to speak in English.
