very clean, affordable, and in the heart of dumaguete city. the staff weren't so nice, but then again, so are most of the locals here. i'll definitely stay here if i do come back to dumaguete.

Location is great. Short walk to mall, restaurants and the boardwalk where most bars and restaurants are located *which locals call the Boulevard. Rooms are nice and clean. Free wifi is a huge plus

Deadspot for Sun Network! Not ideal for business trip. Unless if u want to hide and doesnt want to be reached thru sun network.
