Everything ordered exceeded expectations; every dish made well, and quite delicious. Service was prompt, friendly, and personable. Ambiance was on key, and the setting was perfection.

Small, charming & pleasantly luxe - perfect spot for a weekend getaway. Be sure to make a reservation for Bar Louis and ask for a booth in the back room. Also, turndown service cookies are A+.

Despite the fact that 20 or so Presidents have stayed here, the food is reasonably priced. Have a fine cocktail on the porch on a sunny afternoon and you'll never want to leave.

Really incredible continental breakfast (croissants, amazing yogurt with granola, grapefruit with carmelized brown sugar) - also there's an amazing patisserie next door).
