Smallest hotel room I have seen in a long time, I guess being a Platinum member since 2005 counts for nothing here. And the room service menu is pathetic unless you like burgers.

My room was never upgraded to executive within 1,5 months even if I'm platinum member of chain since 2008. I guess it's not complicated to bring water, chocolate and bathrobe. Unprofessional stuff!

1,5 month i was permanently asking waiters to bring a knife together with bread and butter. It there any other way how to put butter on bread?!
