시설물 좀 올드하나 조용하고 깨끗한편.페밀리스윗은 2-4층 코너에 각 2실씩만 있음. 2층 호수뷰 페밀리스윗은 저층이나 테라스 있어 좋은데 같은층 온돌객실 이용이 많은 아이동반 투숙객들로 2층 자체가 좀 시끄럽고 어수선함. 조용한 투숙을 원한다면 3.4층 패밀리스윗이 좀더 나은편.
