The staff delivers Home Away From Home Personalized Service. They remember me from my prior visits and have my requests ready prior to my arrival! Thank you for making my life on the road easier!

The "sleep numberesque" beds suck...couldn't get a comfortable setting. And the air conditioner was so loud that every time it came on it woke me up. So overall I got a poor nights sleep.

The room service was fast & the server was friendly, but the food was basically frozen appetizers & not worth the cost. But you pay for connivence and the wings & southwest egg rolls tasted good.

The made to order breakfast is about as good as the complimentary breakfast at most other hotels, so I say skip out on that and go to McDonald's instead. Not really worth the money.
