Perfect location for when one's in town for swim meets at the Phillips 66 Splash Club. Also easy walking to Frank & Lola's, a wonderful restaurant (order the bread pudding for desert! ).

Venkat hasn't been in room 504 because I've been there two months. Furthermore, this unusual person hasn't been at Sweet Lou's because it's been closed since before Thanksgiving.
