The bathrooms are tiny, and it’s loud if you don’t close the door between the exterior and bedroom. Importantly, if you order a drink at the bar, you CANNOT bring it to your room. 👎🏼👎🏼

Absolutely loved our stay. We had the Jefferson suite including a jacuzzi in room with roses, champagne, and chocolate covered strawberries. It was a beautiful hotel and great staff!

I was very pleasantly surprised. This is a very nice hotel beautiful atrium eating area. Really nice full breakfast and happy hour included. I would definitely stay there again.

Great place feels like a jungle and the hotel was built inside it ... Rooms are nice service us great ... But it's very very noisy kids keep running up and down with non one controlling them ...

Fantastic stay, kudos to the staff for letting us get an early breakfast before 6:30 am to get the kids fed before hopping on the train.

Great breakfast and comp reception. Very slow lifts. Great staff and service. Business suites weirdly designed, as there are no plug sockets near any of the desks. Nice enough for what I needed.

Fantastic service. Room service made me personalized desert(not on the menu) and followed up with a call to see i was satisfied! Only complaint is small bathroom.
