Not a welcoming staff. If you didn’t book from them directly, then you are not a valid customer to enjoy the services. If you want to stay in Ehden, go to Mist or the hotel by Al Midan

Ask for a room in the new wing that has modern furnishings and is more comfortable although without the view afforded by the main building.
