This hotel is very Hard to find ... And the address is not on your GPS either !! The front desk staff is very friendly though !

Almost always a wait at the Starbucks on the lobby. Be ready for a small wait if you're headed to a meeting.

For reasons unknown, purchases at the gift shop can't be charged to your room. Also: Laundry/cleaning service says back by 7 pm, plan for more like 8:30. Good food menu in bar/restaurant.
