This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed at and I have lived everywhere from dorms to literal basement with rats. Rooms are old and unclean, service slow, fire alarm goes off 4 times per day, INSECTS

In winter time you have to pay to use the SPA (inc the indoor swimming pool and gym) that is inside the shizen wing. Recommend that you'll check in advance that you do not have to pay for it.

פעם שלישית שלי בשבוע אורקל פה. זו הייתה הפעם הראשונה שהלוגיסטיקה הייתה רעה מאד. השירות בחדר האוכל היה איטי מאד, חדרי סמינר צפופים ומחניקים עם תקלות מיזוג קשות.

Great room, great service. the menu was not the best. Don't forget, they have pizza, the fish is really not good and the sushi will take for ever to get.
