Key cards can get deactivated in different ways. It can be the guest's error or the front desk. I apologize ahead if this happens to you. Tips: carry in a different pocket & ask for a paper sleeve.

There are specific "pet rooms" to respect pet lovers & everyone else. Pet charge covers extra cleaning expenses, such as dry cleaning, payroll, etc... & upon check in guests initial this notification.

They like to add extra charges without telling you. They charged my card $250 for having a pet... So much for pet friendly! Still waiting for money back over a week later!
