Sea is rather extreme at the end of Dec - beginning of Jan. Consider swimming in neighbour beach, slightly better. Service is good, but relaxed sometimes, so you need to ask and urge:)

Stunning hotel, excellent service & lovely rooms. Beach also great. Extremely expensive. Don’t order cabs or book tours through them as they charge a hefty price.
