A party hotel means if you are not used to noisy midnight sleep - get out here! As a Stay in hotel, this is not that good because of how small even though the paper said "premium", and duh it's noisy.

This is basically a party hostel. So nothing fancy. Everyone pregames at the bar with the great drink specials then goes out in one big group! Great if you're solo.
