If you need your X-rays, MRI, CT, or Ultrasound on a CD go up to 2nd flr(Children's side of the hosp) rm 2851. You get it from "Radiology Filmlibrary"

If you're looking for Medical Records, you have to be specific if you're looking Medical Records(paperwork) or Copies of your images/report in a CD. Medical Records is on 101 Redlands Blvd.
