It is amazing the difference in care between floors and/or rooms. Everyone was fantastic up in the last room now I think you have to die to get attention. They are having fun playing though.

Parking is miserable at this place, even if you pay for valet. Nice facility if you are in a renovated portion. Staff was nice and helpful for my sister's visit when delivering her twins

Visiting hours end at 9 but some nurses make exceptions (you'll need ID). The cafeteria closes at 11, but Cafe Lulu (the coffee shop) is open till later and has some food items.
