Among the biggest banks, this is the best one to bank with on an individual basis. They're good on overdrafts, etc...

talk to Chris about overdraft fees if you happen to get some. he is part of management. even if he says no, keep trying and he will eventually give in, just DONT GIVE UP.

Nick R is the hold removal, account maintenance and overdraft fee specialist. Nick is more than willing to go out of his way if you accidentally run up some overdrafts or have a long hold on a check.
