Gumbo = awesome. Fried oysters = awesome. Fried catfish = awesome. French fries with Rotel = how can that be bad! Worth the 30 minute wait! No booze, so bring your own.

Grilled Catfish with beans is the way to go. Deep fried and blackened are delicious but the Grilled is spiced just right. You can buy the spice and use it on any fish.
