I like the pork skewers here with the side dip of vinegar and cucumber. That and Thai pineapple fried rice is enough:-)

I eat lunch here with work buddies often. We all enjoy the Pho very much. Probably not the best Pho in the Northern Hemisphere, but it is the best in Issaquah.
