Very good BBQ but I was disappointed with the "Burnt Rib Ends" Burnt rib ends are supposed to be small cuts of ribs with the meat still on the bone, not just small cubes of meat from some cut of meat.

Not bad for boise, but not even close to average TX'S places. Barely had a smoke ring, my son said my pulled pork was better.
