This locations assembly line seems to be slower than most, and their line is often depleted of items.

Slow, small portions and only prioritize phone orders so lines are unnecessarily long. Tip order on line outside and it is like cutting in line - dumb store

Cashier (larger woman with raspy voice) is always rude- either to us, a nearby customer, or staff. We have placed a complaint about her- so has another customer we met. Expect bad service.

If you ordered online or from their phone app- you just arrive at store and walk right up to the register to pay. No waiting in line. :-)

Download the Chipotle app and order from your phone wherever you are. (Or order online.) The wait time is never more than 15 minutes. I time it with driving time. Don't stand in long lines anymore!
