The most tender, delicious Unagi I've had in my life. It just melts in your mouth. Superb! The Udong soup is probably even better than I had in Korea and Japan. The salmon sakes are to die for

Definitely get the Lemon Salmon roll. Perfect combination of flavor and texture. If you like kimchi and octopus, get the tako kimchi salad.

AMAKARA is refreshing change in sushi resto world. The menu is superb with the usual sushi faire, and hybrid treats unique to Amakara. Do not miss grilled edamame, ceviche salad and Italian dragon.

Gotta have the grilled edamame. Also- sitting at the sushi bar is the best! The sushi chefs are amazing and so much fun!! Make sure to tip them- or buy them a sake bomb... Or both!!
