It is a huge place with a historic facade. There are several themed environment linked around a court yard. The place oozes style with plants complimenting the outdoor setting.

Just about the worst service, most miserable unhelpful and downright rude staff you will find anywhere in the world. And I leave more nice tips than bad ones if that's any indication of how bad it is.
