This is the slowest fastfood I have ever seen. The line is to the door and they only do one order at a time. It's a wonder how a business can make money being this inefficient.

Free refills. Just take the lid off your cup, walk up to the counter, and ask. (If you don't remove your lid you'll look like a n00b)
