The ICEE machine is always on defrost. Ask which flavor is available before you order.

Service was not good no ketchup in the machine and no ice in the drink machine I was the only one in and let them know and they did not refil them

Still had problems. Got a burnt bun, had to wait ten min for the original order & the burnt bun replacement sat on the rack for a few min after it was finished & ready. Pathetic service & management
