I've been going to this store, for 5 years, because it was convenient, and for the loyalty program. I would say 20% of the time the experience is positive. Don't waste your time there, go to Nanaimo.

This is pretty much your typical Starbucks location, except located in a small town. Drinks are usual Starbucks quality. Service is a bit friendlier than normal. The cafe area feels a bit aged.

If you have a registered Starbuck's card, additional coffee and tea refills the same day are free I believe

Contact Rick @ rderosa@Starbucks.com and ask him to have a bigger awning installed over the drive through window to prevent the water pouring in your driver's window when it is raining. Thanks
