Who had the great idea to not have details about what is in a salad or on a sandwich anywhere on the menu?? Staff has to explain all menu items to each customer- ridiculous.

Great food - even for vegetarians! As great the food is, equally bad is the service! So don't go with expectations of great service. And get a rewards card too!

With all of the bad reviews I thought it would suck. It didn't. Was the same as every other panera with friendly staff.

Seems to be something to complain about everytime I come. Inconsistent portions and service. Too bad its the closest one.

Stay away from this and all other Pgh Panera's. The food is never cooked properly. Spend your $$ elsewhere.
