Horrendous service. Extremely slow. Extremely crowded. It would be one thing if they acted like they cared or acknowledging the ridiculously long line...but they just crawl along.

The mac-n-cheese hits the perfect notes of cheesey with hints of sharp. But the texture lacks: all liquid cheese, with no cheese shavings or baked cheese crisp. Panera is big on baking. Bake the mac!
