Little training tip that's always good "a real smile goes a long way". Be good to circulate this one and hopefully everyone will feel a whole lot better... Give it a go guys you may like it?

Woah! Expensive coffee - must be 25% more than standard Costas. Not the fastest place either.

When getting a vanilla soy latte it's worth saying vanilla at least 3 times - this tip applies to all Costa stores. Never had a problem at starbucks.
